"HOPE" castle was originally built in honor of my Sister, Keely Yaeger-Decker, in her battle with Breast Cancer for Brickworld Chicago 2013. Upper view is from the BrickFair NE show 2017. I had a LCD monitor, behind the castle walls, scrolling through pictures of Taylor Easterberg, Justin Miller, and Keely during the 2 days of public exhibition in 2014 and 2015 at Brickworld Chicago. I hope to have that return in 2018.

The castle is now in memory of Taylor, Justin, and Keely who have lost their battles with cancer. The barn is in Memory of fellow Colorado AFOL Jim West who passed away suddenly in 2015. The barn has a clear see through roof so his motto of "Clear Skies" always rings true for star gazing.

The castle is also in place to HONOR those that are in their own battles with Cancer such as Trevor Kling. We as humans don't get to choose the cancer demons we battle and the goal is to fight until the end. The Ice Bears signify that constant battle against the cancers that plague both kids and adults worldwide.

The following pages will show both pictures of construction, early versions, public showings, and setup pictures. The construction page will list approx numbers of bricks involved in construction.
